*However, in the case of corner booths, side panels on the aisle side will not be attached. If you wish, you will need to apply for this option.

*Construction costs and usage fees such as booth setup and decoration costs, electricity, water supply and drainage, telephone charges, booth cleaning costs, and waste disposal costs are not included.

Application method/Application deadline

Booth locations will be determined in the order of application, taking into consideration the number of booths available. If multiple applications are received on the same day, the applicant with the earliest application time will be given priority.

*The exhibition contract will be concluded at the time the organizer receives the application. Furthermore, if an exhibitor has made a provisional application, the application will automatically be converted to a permanent application as of June 1st unless the applicant cancels the application by the expiration date of May 31st. If the applicant cancels the application after June 1st at their own discretion, they will be subject to the cancellation fee set out in Article 13 of the Terms and Conditions.

*Please note that in the event of multiple applications on the same day, priority will be given to exhibitors who apply early.

*Even if it is before the application deadline, the application will be closed as soon as the planned number of booths is filled, so please apply as soon as possible.

Cancellation of exhibition application

As a general rule, cancellations cannot be made after this application procedure has been completed.
However, if the secretariat determines that it is unavoidable, we will approve the cancellation and ask you to pay the cancellation fee according to the following criteria.

Until May 31, 2026 (Sun) 0% of bill amount
June 1st (Monday) - July 31st (Friday), 2026 50% of billed amount
After Saturday, August 1, 2026 100% of billed amount
