Information for the Press and the Media
We require to the press and the media as followings:
- 1. Wear the press pass at the venue -Press passes can be picked up at the registration counter in press-center and return it before leave the venue.
- 2. We have made this announcement to ensure that each exhibitor understands as much as possible, but to avoid any trouble, please be sure to obtain permission from the exhibitor before taking close-up photos of the booth, products, or data. please.
- 3. Photography inside the conference building (symposiums, seminars) is generally prohibited, but temporary entry is possible for the purpose of reporting on this exhibition, so please ask the staff at the venue reception.
- If you would like to interview to organizer, please visit to the Secretary Office.
Please kindly send us the magazine or journal in which the content of the interviewed or photographed was published at a later date.
Press Center：Hall 8
For coverage at the venue, the press-center has placed. Using Wi-Fi , Refreshments and will provide Press-release by each exhibitors. We strongly recommend to use this place to news gathering.
